In Japan, the first beverage vending machine appeared in the middle of the Meiji Era (1868-1912), and today there are 2.25 million of them installed nationwide. In recent years, the business of providing goods and services unmanned has been attracting attention because of factors such as the growing need for non-contact and non-face-to-face due to the COVID-19 and the chronic shortage of workers.


 It has become popular as a labor force that can replace people due to the labor shortage and rising labor costs caused by the frequent economic booms that followed the end of World War II. The challenges we face – population decline, improving the working environment, increasing productivity and new lifestyles born of the Corona disaster. To address these issues, we are developing IoT platform services for unmanned service machines.
